En ese sentido, el jefe del CBE, Miguel Perea Moreira, asegur\u00f3 que, en dicho asueto, la \u2018Casaca Roja\u2019 ha alistado un plan de contingencia, enfocado principalmente en dar seguridad y rescate a quienes se apuestan en los principales balnearios de agua dulce, as\u00ed como en la playa Las Palmas. &nbsp;Ante la presencia de oleaje de menor energ\u00eda que habr\u00e1 del 18 al 22 de febrero, expuso que es recomendable tomar las precauciones necesarias cuando se realicen diferentes actividades en el mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u2018Casaca roja\u2019 de Esmeraldas colaborar\u00e1 con unidades de rescate, 3 veh\u00edculos contra incendios, 3 camionetas, 3 motos, 2 ambulancias, una embarcaci\u00f3n fluvial a motor y acu\u00e1tica, durante este feriado, sumando a 82 miembros operativos, quienes se apostar\u00e1n en los lugares de mayor concurrencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a posibles accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito, Perea, recomienda no conducir a quienes consuman bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, adem\u00e1s de no excederse, pues esto puede provocar diferentes tipos de siniestros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
